Launching an electronic document management system in responsible information environments requires careful verification of roles and compatibility. To ensure employees clearly understand their powers and correct request routes, IQusion includes team training in the overall scope of EDMS setup contracts.
In communications dated 8 September and 12 October 2026, IQusion noted the provision of training alongside the setup of electronic document management systems. The September contract covers 30 workstations and combines basic setup, team training, and interdepartmental exchange connection. The October project is designed for 250 users, where training is also listed among the process and integration works.
Roles and Document Routes
For responsible information systems, any update or implementation requires verification of compatibility and correct access rights allocation. The existence of an EDMS contract in itself does not define the security characteristics of the environment. These requirements are formulated for a specific infrastructure and are verified during separate tests.
User training helps to practically consolidate document routing and employee substitution procedures. Users should know not only the available interface functions but also the procedure for actions when a situation goes beyond their authority. For example, during launch, it is useful to practice a scenario where a document cannot be approved through the standard route, to check if the employee finds the correct solution path.
Where to Start Training
When setting up an EDMS, it is worth clearly defining the boundaries of each role in the system. First, describe the standard request route and check where it might stall due to the absence of the responsible person. Then, document the intended substitution procedure to avoid delays in decision-making.
Including training in the work plan helps to organise this process, although the mere fact of such a contract does not yet mean automatic assimilation of the material by the entire team. The main task of training is to give employees a clear algorithm of actions for daily work with the system.
